Snehatheeram is a voluntary agency formed in the year 2000 by the Trivandrum-Quilon Diocese of the Mar Thoma Syrian Church with the main objective of taking care of the victims of HIV/AIDS.
It’s registered under the Charitable Societies Registration Act (No.T.4912/06).
During its short period of existence, Snehatheeram could bring more than 300 families under its penumbra. This number is increasing. It could also acquire its own land, buildings and other infrastructure needed to meet its objectives. Today it is engaged in building up an “S.O.S.” model village for the client population.

SNEHAGIRI, the second phase of Snehatheeram is a Rehabilitation centre for the children of HIV patients.
